Access from Haneda and Narita Airports

Access to Minami-Osawa Station (Closest Station to the Conference Venue)

Minami-Osawa Station is on the Keio Sagamihara Line. You can take the Keio Line from Shinjuku Station, one of Tokyo's major train hubs. Please note that the Keio Line splits into two different branches at Chofu Station: One branch goes toward Minami-Osawa and Hashimoto via the Keio Sagamihara Line, and the other branch continues toward Keio-Hachioji via the main Keio Line.
You can easily check train routes and timetables using the free website: Japan Transit Planner. It supports English and allows you to search the best train routes, transfer info, and fares.
If you have a Welcome Suica, it makes travel in Tokyo and the surrounding area much easier. Welcome Suica is a prepaid transportation card specially designed for short-term visitors and tourists.
Taxi service is available but very expensive (can cost 50,000 JPY or more from the airport), so we do not recommend taking a taxi unless absolutely necessary.
